Resize the window by dragging but it with obvious shadows

It's usually white, and I've seen this happen with Google Chrome or vs code, but they're black.

I see no Qt or Qt tool relation there. It's a Visual Studio Code issue

@Pl45m4 You can see that the right side of the window above will have black when I drag it, and my window will have white when I drag it. I really don't want this in my application

So you want the background also dark when expanding your window?! What do you use for filling your background? Stylesheet?
Some more information would be helpful...
