Qt installation problem (Parallels, Windows 11)

I am trying to install Qt(open source version) on Windows 11. My Windows 11 is running on MAC using Parallels. When I run the qt-unified-windows-x64-4.6.0-online.exe, I get an error message. The installation program recognize this installation as a network install and requires to copy and install from local drive. Is there a way to solve this problem? Previous versions installation didn't have this problem.
