[Solved][suggestion] Creator default directory, file open issue

In Qt Creator 2.1 beta, if I set my default Projects Directory in Tools->Options->Projects->General->Projects Directory

it works when I try to create a new project, File->New Project

it lands up in the Creator installation directory when I try to open a project, File->Open Project

is this a bug?

I don't think it is. The projects dir is, as far as I know, only used when starting a project. Loading and saving file paths have their own entry in the QSettings.

I do not think it is a bug, but it definitely is a valid request to make. Could you please file a feature request for this? Thanks!

just saw that this is already fixed and slated for Qt Creator v2.2 :)
