Unable to use mirrors for installation of QT Creator 11

I decided to clean install QT and since the master is slow, I decided to use mirrors.
After an error from 2 different mirrors I manually checked for the files on said location. Turns out QT creator was updated to 11.0 just today and none of the mirrors have it. All of them have 10.0.2 and the online installer doesn't have the option for anything below 11.I tried to manually download the 11.0 files from the browser and used online installer by deselecting QT Creator. It still throws an error for missing QTC11 files at Mirror.
Also, I'm using mirrors because it shows 6 hours ETA for 500mb of files.How long does it take for mirrors to update? Can I install QT via offline zips? Anything leads would be great.

Turns out Germany's Mirror Dannhauer.de has it now.
