Bluetooth 'heartrate-server' advertising error

Hello,
I’ve downloaded Qt and Qt creator. I wanted to use the example “heartrate server”. When I run it I see these errors. Btmon gives the error 'status: "command disallowed" '.

I am running as root.


I’m using Qt version 5.15.2. Trying it on a linux laptop with ubuntu version 22.04.2. When I tried to advertise with bluetoothctl, with the command “advertise on” it did work.
How can I solve this issue?
