Is there any way to save an installation after you have installed it?

If I want to get the latest binaries, I have to use the Online installer. What I would like to do is to save my installation configuration so that my team members can (1) get the same configuration as me and (2) My team does not have to re-download all the same files again.

Is there any way to do this?
