Unsolved Qt Design Studio - Properties Modal Survey not functioning

I am curious to know how many people are experiencing endless issues with Qt Design Studio and not getting anywhere with tech support? In particular and in the latest realease of 1/20/2023 I have a survey that is poping up when I click on the properties toolbar in QtDS and no matter what I do I cannot get the modal to close. so my only option is to close the program via the task manager. so currently I am unable to do any work in the software. QtDS support will not help with any issues. Please add your experiences to this thread.
