Is there option for auto-hiding bottom panels (Build Issues, Compiler Output, Search results...)?

I guess you are talking about Qt Creator? No, there is no such option.

You might want to "file a feature request":http://bugreports.qt.nokia.com/ . Some more elaboration description of when you want the panes to hide would be helpful though.
