"qt design studio" versus "qt designer"

Are Qt Designer and Qt Design Studio the same tool, or different? What is the difference, if any, in the tools themselves, otherwise, why are different names variously used for the same tool?
As an aside, I am prompted to the question due to attempting to report an issue for Designer, and finding only Design Studio among projects listed.

The tools are completely different, "Qt Designer" is for designing Qt Widgets based forms (operating on .ui files), "Qt Design Studio" does something with Qt Quick.
Bugs for "Qt Designer" are handled in bugreports.qt.io, Project "Qt", Component "Tools: Designer".
