Qt Maintenance Tool not enabling components

I have Qt 5.12.2 and am trying to use the Maintenance Tool to download the QtWebEngine and other components. When the Maintenance tool gets to the 'select components to add' screen, the WebEngine and other components are listed but they are all greyed out, so I cannot select them. How do I get them enabled?

Which compiler do you use / what Qt version (msvc or mingw?) did you install?

On Windows, Qt WebEngine is only available for MSVC, here's the message when I hover over it.
