email notifications not coming any more

Hi
Have you tried to log out and in again ? -
Hi,
If memories serves well, there has been that glitch some time long ago and I had to toggle the settings back and forth for the notification to be good again.

@mzimmers Check your spam folder.
Email notifications are sent by an Amazon server. DMARC alignment has always failed in these emails, but the failures seem to be treated more aggressively recently. Gmail is now plastering my notifications with this scary warning:
This is an excerpt from a notification email's header last month:
ARC-Authentication-Results: i=1; mx.google.com; dkim=pass header.i=@amazonses.com header.s=ihchhvubuqgjsxyuhssfvqohv7z3u4hn header.b=HWLd+aaV; spf=pass (google.com: domain of 0102018320eacdf8-0cbbd941-91e1-404d-8467-b52889832c90-000000@eu-west-1.amazonses.com designates 54.240.4.15 as permitted sender) smtp.mailfrom=0102018320eacdf8-0cbbd941-91e1-404d-8467-b52889832c90-000000@eu-west-1.amazonses.com; dmarc=fail (p=NONE sp=NONE dis=NONE) header.from=qt.io
This is from yesterday:
ARC-Authentication-Results: i=1; mx.google.com; dkim=pass header.i=@amazonses.com header.s=ihchhvubuqgjsxyuhssfvqohv7z3u4hn header.b="iK3wGd/s"; spf=pass (google.com: domain of 01020183efe32952-c7bfc2df-95b0-46cb-a6d3-9a4f1697b2e8-000000@eu-west-1.amazonses.com designates 54.240.4.6 as permitted sender) smtp.mailfrom=01020183efe32952-c7bfc2df-95b0-46cb-a6d3-9a4f1697b2e8-000000@eu-west-1.amazonses.com; dmarc=fail (p=QUARANTINE sp=QUARANTINE dis=QUARANTINE) header.from=qt.io
Notice that the emails were being allowed through before, but are being quarantined now.
Could you please have a look, @Pedro ?

That is what https://forum.qt.io/category/5/qt-io-webservices is supposed to be for.

I usually don't keep the forum page open in my browser. Once I accidentally left it open and that was the one time I didn't get an email. So, there might be a connection between being logged in and therefore not getting emails. Try the toggling as suggested.
Also, recently the Qt forum emails are flagged as spam with my email provider (company domain). "*** SPAM ***" is added to the title and Thunderbird shows the nice fire icon to say it detected spam. (Luckily, I almost get no spam so that I have the "automatically move to spam folder" feature turned off. So, I still see all the Qt forum emails.)

DMARC failure (see my post above)

@JKSH yep...just checked the "junk" folder...there they were. I went through and marked several of them as "not junk;" hopefully I marked enough that Google mail will get the idea. If not, I'll have to go through and mark the others, I guess.
Thanks to everyone who looked at this.

Hi, again.
We have just updated our email settings for our outgoing email messages; we should not encounter this issue anymore. If the problem persists, please let me know. 🙂 -

Seconded. I now see
dmarc=pass
in my email headers. Thanks for getting this fixed, @Pedro! -
