Not able to use layout alignment for a frame

How to enable the layout alignment for a particular frame
I currently learning this via youtube and in the tutorial it is enable

Hello and welcome.

You have posted this into the Qt Design Studio sub-forum. That is actually a different product from TQtC. You are using Qt Designer, inside Qt Creator.

I can see you have selected a horizontal layout on header_right_frame. It ought allow you to get into Layout Alignment. Try again? :) Occasionally Designer gets a bit messed up....
