Debugger Exits inside the thread

Hi Guys,
Am facing the issue when debugging the code in QT creator... As soon as the thread starts, The debug control goes to the thread and Debug operation gets Aborted abruptly.... Here am getting the error as stated below :
Unexpected GDB Exit : GDB Process Terminated
followed with the error
GDB I/O Error : The Process Crashed , Process Crashed!
Kindly let me know for queries...
