Qt Design studio terminate with Sqlite::StatementHasError

Hai All,
I am using Ubuntu 22.04 LTS version. I was trying to open design studio from command line with QmlDesigner enabled , it terminated with the below error message
Sometimes while running I get this popup message. When I continue by clicking the Disable Plugin , the Design studio opens.
I am using Design studio 3.5.0 installed it from maintains Tools.
Do I need to install any additional software to fix this termination issue ?
