Unable to build QCA with pkcs11 support

Hello ,
I built QCA without the pkcs11 plugin . I learned that in order to have the plugin , I need to have first something called pkcs11-helper.dll.
I downloaded and built pkcs11-helper lib and generated the needed dll , but for some reason it is never detected by pkg-config ( find_package) during QCA build.
I am stuck here and any help would be appreciated.I am using Qt 6.3.0 MinGw 64-bit on Windows 10 64-bit
