QtCreator Not Responding

I'm using QtCreator 7.0.2 and I'm coding via the Qt6.3.0 compiler.
After using it well, one morning my problem started.
When I turn on QtCreator, the Creator turns on after 2 minutes and goes into a 'not responding' state for 2 minutes.

There is no problem when building or editing the code, but when you try to close the Plugin or Creator, the 'not responding' status persists again, and when you forget it, the desired action is performed.

I turned off the ClangCodeModel plugin and also turned off Welcome, but to no effect.

Please help!

I solved the problem.

Qt's garbage folder remained in Appdata's internal Roaming file.

Uninstalling it and reinstalling qtCreator solved all my problems.

Hello,
Is there any other solutions? I am a Qt user for years and got this issue recently. I even reinstall a newl Windows version (from 10 to 11 and then back to 10) but still does not help. Qt Creator keeps "not responding" even when I minimize the window then open it back.
