GLIBC_2.30 version is not available. Try to upgrade glibc. Or you download the source and build it by yourself.

The command ldd --version shows the version so I do know it is installed.

pow@GLIBC_2.29' and gettid@GLIBC_2.30' are needed. You build is messed up.
