What would be a good QT OpenGL tutorial for someone who understands the basics of OpenGL (3.3)

I have found a lot of stuff though they don't seem to say if it is the Core Profile (version 3.0+) or the Compatibility Profile (version 2). I would just like some foundational stuff in Core Profile that I can adapt with knowledge of regular OpenGL. Something that doesn't leave things out, but doesn't add a lot of extra stuff.
