Unable to add networksettings module in pro file

hi i am currently using Qt version 5.9.6

when i tried to add QT += networksettings in pro file i am getting the
below error unknown module.

Project ERROR: Unknown module(s) in QT: networksettings.

Yes, Qt for Device Creation is a commercial package. See the last link I posted.
