Cannot follow File > New File or Project > Applications > Qt Quick UI

I'm trying to follow the "Getting Started" tutorial in QT Creator 5.0.3 but having copied and saved HelloWorld.qml I'm having trouble loading it into QT Creator to test. If I click File>New File or Project I see a dialogue box, but it doesn't contain an Applications heading. The nearest I can see are "Application (Qt"), "Application (Qt Quick)", or "Application (Qt for Python)". None of these contain a "QT Quick UI" option.
Other Project does contain "QT Quick UI Prototype".
Whichever I choose I'm then asked all sorts of questions which mean nothing to me as a beginner trying to get started.
I must admit, I'm trying to learn but finding the tools and the instructions very hard to follow.
