Yeah, very big problem to be heard in The Qt Company. To fix tons on bug if You're not a commercial user, to open 5.15.x branch, to simply respect people. Community brings a lot of effort to improve Qt however who appreciates it and how?! What mechanisms this manages will have to push on managers or developers to improve this communication? Hard position.

Well I can't speak for that side of things because I am not the hiring manager, if you are interested in the position then you could ask this question should you be successful in getting an interview.
But in terms of showing appreciating to the community, for a start we do have the Qt Champions and we do have some things planned for next year which will happen while we are looking for someone to fill this position. The idea is that whoever gets this position will be able to higlight the community even more both internally and externally with The Qt Company.
