Qt Design Studio and Qt Creator Emulation Layer Fails Mac M1

I decided to purchase design studio because Qt Creator emulation layer wasn’t working for my Mac. Unfortunately, the emulation layer fails even in Design Studio (which is 99/month).
Anyone failure with this failure? I love the idea of Qt/QML and have been playing around with it for a few months now. I want to take my apps to the next level by creating more complex UIs with the design tools offered, but I cannot seem to get the tools work properly work.
I’m thinking this is an issue with linking files (as most cases are).
