Rebuild qtwebengine with proprietary codecs

I have the community Qt 6.2 version with source code installed.
I am trying to rebuild the qtwebengine with the -webengine-proprietary-codecs option.
Conan is trying to pull recipies (qt-conan-common/6.2@qt/everywhere) from the conancenter, and it can't be found.
The Qt help mentions this repo https://qtpkgtest.jfrog.io/artifactory/api/conan/qt, which seems to require a licensed subscription, is there an opensource repo I can use?
How else do I rebuild qtwebengine?regards
