Peakcan plugin not working

I have installed the Peakcan drivers to an ubuntu 20 machine and they work ok on the command line.
When I run the basic CAN example from QT I get: "The value of a PCAN-Client handle is invalid"

Do you know what might be the cause?

@Garza the solution to this was to remove socketcan and the peak driver. Then I
installed only the peakdriver alone as in peak readme.txt.

Its likely you can just use the socketcan drivers with the PCAN adapter.
