GR-805 : DX9 Overlay is DISABLED ERROR

Hello,
On Friday, I started getting this error GR-805 : DX9 Overlay is DISABLED on QT5.13.2 MInGW(7.3.0) so I reinstalled qt and worked normally then today when I started the application I got the same error and I don't want to reinstall qt every time it happens. -

I have the same issue with
Qt 5.15.2(Visual Studio compiler). The full error is:NVD3DREL: GR-805 : DX9 Overlay is DISABLED. I think, it is related somehow to Nvidia driver. I have Nvidia 496.13 driver version installed. Any ideas? Thanks. -
mine is the same Nvidia 496.13 and my friend has a Nvidia 457.49 and it works fine for him

I will try to clean install of Nvidia 496.13 driver to check if this issue is not related to update from the previous one.

So, clean install does not fix this issue. I switched back to 472.12 driver. Also, I have contacted the support team and they suggested to report it here: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/forums/game-ready-drivers/13/471331/geforce-49613-grd-feedback-thread-released-101221/
