Qt Maintenance wrong scaling on FHD resolution

Hi there, when i open the maintenace tool it looks like this
which means i cant read anything. My monitor setup looks like this:
Despite the Samsung one which is a 4k Monitor set to FHD they run all on native resolution and my global scaling is set to 100%.
My System Info:
The QtCreator runs fine as do all other applications, the maintenance tool seems to be the only one that is affected. Does anyone know how i can fix this?
Edit:
I noticed that i have the same scaling issues with the chartViews.
