Canot get Qt-SDK

Hello, I Have Windows installed in my VirtualBox, and I can't get the Qt-SDK, even had a friend checked, both us are getting 403 Error, cannot download, Forbidden. Figured I'd leave one in Forums, that way Forum Mods can check for a solution, or if anybody else(End Users) know of another download location, thanks !
