      Hi All,

I've a question. As part of writing Software Requirement Specification for a medical device, I need to find determine if the application I develop depends on any SOUP (Software of Unknown Pedigree).
I am planning to develop the application with Qt. Is it right to classify Qt C++ library as SOUP?

Parts of Qt would be considered SOUP. However, the Qt Safe Renderer is certified against IEC 62304 and is not SOUP: https://doc.qt.io/QtSafeRenderer/qtsr-overview.html
