From "example" to project...?

Is there a way to skip retrieving "git" repository directly from finding the example ?
Actually (the old fart ) cannot remember how to get to "git" repository from this screen..
Hovering over the big icon just gives some info - still no repository

So now is the time to let Mrs Google find the example.

You got that window because you selected File > New File or Project... > Import Project > Git Clone

Yes. Click the example image directly without clicking the File menu.
