QWidget::activateWindow with a different app icon color

When I call activateWindow it sets the application icon with the yellowish( icon on the left) background color but I what I want is red like the icon on the right.

How can I do that?

I don't think a program (at least a Qt program without using the WinAPI) can influence the windows taskbar.

Do you know what WinAPI function should I call or how would I start googling for it(keyword for it).
