Unhandled win32 exception occurred in install.exe

Hi, I have a slight issue when installing the windows Qt SDK version 1.1.4 offline installer (1.6 GB). I have vs2010 installed. What happens is that when I run the installer, it gets to the stage of installing component VCRedist for VS2008:

and then gives me an error that an unhandled win32 exception occurred in install.exe:
I select "No" and the installer seems to proceed as normal and run to completion. Does anyone know why this occurs? Do I need to install the "Qt Visual Studio Add-in" prior to running the offline installer? I am confused. I just prefer nothing to break down the line when finally using Qt within VS2010.
Any help most appreciated.

Well I uninstalled VS2010 and reinstalled VS2008. I then reran the Qt SDK version 1.1.4 offline installer. This time no issues. I guess this installer doesn't like VS2010. I'll stick with VS2008.
