Qt Quick basic application: .ui.qml button implement not work

Hi All,
i am creating very basic application using qt creator.
i am expect to add 3 (.ui.qml)form/pages on stack and need to handle respective signal of button and other component.Issue i am having with Syantax or wrong place i am adding "Page1Form".
kindly help me out. or some hint regarding same
