Doubt with libraries for 3d file!

Hello, I am new to 3D and for a few days I have been trying to load .obj files with the qt libraries, I have seen the examples that come on the page but it is still not clear to me how to work with the libraries. Someone who knows of a book or a page where he explains more thoroughly. Greetings for those who are reading this publication
