what is the release date for Qt 5.15.1 offline installer for linux

I'm tired of installing Qt in every different ways because everytime it fails, I've spent 6 hours just to install, I know Qt's online installer is the best way to install, but the installer is dope, because it download the files at the speed of not more than 50kbps even I have the high speed internet connection with ultra low ping. I actually had lost my interest in Qt, I am not even able to install it😣
Anybody know when is the Qt 5.15.1 offline version releasing??

Please take a look at this blog post about changes to Qt offering:
The offline installer will also become commercial-only

Unfortunately, the Qt SDK Repo Chooser no longer works with recent versions of the Qt Installer Framework because they removed the ability to replace URLs locally...
