Vector Tiles with OSM Plugin?

Hello,
my name is Hakan, and i am trying to do an offline vector tiled Sea Map in QT.
My problem is, that i can't use my Vector tiles ( .pbf , mbtiles...) with the osm Plugin. Is it possible to use Vector tiles with the osm Plugin at all?
When i use Mapbox GL i got Vector tiles, but i cant use them offline. In the Documentation i can see an offline tool to download the offline Map for Mapbox (https://doc.qt.io/qt-5/location-plugin-mapboxgl.html) but it dont works.
