Hi, Firstly I apologise for my lack of understanding in I.T. I am in negotiation with a freelance programmer as I am needing a website where users can download webcam software similar to debut video capture, to record on users hard drive. I do not require a network camera/live streaming. To work for Windows & Mac I understand java and adobe air is not suitable.
The programmer wants to build webcam using Qt+OpenCV can someone advise me if this will work ? before I employ them
