QtInstaller accept user's input

Dear All: I am using QtInstaller framework to build an installer. It is very useful tool. I have a question about having customized entry fields. I like to have a page on any one installation page where I can ask and accept several input fields (text) from users.
Is there a way I can accept inputs from user during installation process? I read into the QtInstaller reference info but cannot find a way to do so. Any tip/example much appreciated. Thanks-v
