QTCreator crashes on start with segmentation fault

I'm running QTC version 4.11.0 on Kubuntu 20.20 LTS
Suddenly it crashed with seg. fault without any output (even when started from console)
Reinstalling it it didn't help - finally, I found a solution:- Uninstall QTC
- Delete folder ~/.config/QtProject
- Install QTC and now it works
Maybe the above info will save some frustration for somebody....

It's an oldie. Consider updating, maybe the crash has already been fixed.
