QT 4.7.2 build error

I am trying to build and I am using QT 4.7.2, for some reason QT creator does not allow me to select release mode and this is the error I am getting, Can anybody throw some light on this?
Though 4.7.2 is selected I am not able to understand from where is the jom.exe of 2010.05 is called.
