qmlscene not working from Qt Creator

Hi,
I tried to use qmlscene from inside Qt Creator but I got the following error:
21:52:50: Starting qmlscene E:/QML_KDAB/kdabtv-master/qml-intro/ex-expressions/ex-expressions.qml...
21:52:50: Failed to start program. Path or permissions wrong?
21:52:50: qmlscene exited with code -1
21:52:50: The process failed to start. Either the invoked program "qmlscene" is missing, or you may have insufficient permissions to invoke the program.If I start qmlscene manually (double click on qmlscene.exe) it is working.
I also schecked the settings in Qt Creator but couldn't detect an error.
Has someone an idea how to get rid of this issue?

qmlscene working for me at Windows 10/QtCreator 4.12.3 with ctrl+R (settings https://ibb.co/7YwspBV)
