Is the Qt SDK Win 1.1.4 set to do an all in one compile?

Hi all;
I just downloaded and installed the Qt_SDK_Win_offline_v1_1_4_en.exe and i'm trying to compile it with VS2008. I have found a few guide for building Qt 4.7.4 with VS2008/2010 but nothing on compiling the full SDK. Part of the reason i am taking this route instead of just downloading the binary install is that i want to also get the capabilities in QtMobility. Can you compile the full SDK in one shot or do you have to build the Qt 4.7.4 and then build QtMobility? if the later is the case can anyone point me to a tutorial on building the QtMobility with VS2008?Any help would be greatly appreciated.
