Create Map which uses a local coordinate system such as WGS84

Hi,

I would like to create a custom map which loads a set of X,Y coordinates which represent the different shapes I need to plot onto a map.

Is there a way to do this in QT?

Only with additional libraries like ESRI ArcGIS Runtime SDK for Qt
