Qt library package installer

Maybe, it would be useful to build Qt library package which installs Qt shared libraries in the Windows dir?
For example as Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package.

Yeah, maybe it will be helpful, but what compiler should be choosen? Mingw or msvc compiler? They are both used by developers and you can't know what compiler will be used for apps at this computer.
