I'm working on a program for a hospital network, i'm using Opensource license, but i want to sell or rent my program to they and prefer to make my code private way.

Who i need to pay to for a commercial license?, when, how much and how many times ?

You might be able to use the open-source version of Qt while keeping your code private.

just to add to @JKSH,

note that some Qt modules are GPL, not LGPL. You should avoid them in closed software.

I thought it could do with being stickied because this sort of question get asks frequently (understandably, and it's tricky), and I thought @JKSH provided some good references and was well laid out. WE could do with an avilable post like this.

I thought it probably won't be stickied because any combination of:

Nobody will see my comment.
Nobody will choose to act on it, or will not think it worthy of inclusion in the few stickies this forum has.
The post aids people (legitimately) in not needing to purchase a license while keeping their code private, which I think is one of the selling points of The Qt Company. I don't really understand the relationship between this forum, the individuals who post here and The Qt Company, but it might not be welcome to advertise this under their auspices, I don't know.
