Can't create the assistant file. when "qhelpgenerator *qhp -o *qhc"

Hello i am a Qt beginner. I have a problem, when i use the CMD to create assistant file. i already use the MicoSoft Word to create HTML file, and i create the directory(documentation) then i create the *.txt(myHelp.qhp). Above i start to generate the "myHelp.qhc", the system return me"Cloud not open the file C:...\documentation\myHelp.qhp.
I try to search some article to solve the problem, but i haven't find it.
Show the picture there, please help me to solve it!!!
