combine imageviewer and scribble examples

I would like to make a combination of the imageviewer example and add scribble's drawing mechanism on top of it. Or I would like to implement the zoom functions from the imageviewer into the scribble example, but since they derrive different classes they have different methods and I can't seem to combine the two. Is there anyone who knows what I should do?
All I want is to load an image and draw on top of it and be able to zoom in and out. The drawn items should size along with the photo.

Any similiar solutions are also very much welcome.
