Email notification is currently broken - update, now fixed

At the moment, email notification is currently not working due to the fact that the plugin for it refuses to start for reasons currently unknown. I am looking into this and will hopefully get it fixed ASAP. Failing that, I will rollback the latest updates for the meantime.
