Is there any way to set QTableWidget header's section size not programmatically but with the Designer?
Also, what should i do to make main window dynamically resized to fit QTableWidget so it won't show any scroll bars? I.e. if there is no any scroll bar and i add some columns the main window have to change its own size.

Nope.
It's bad tone to resizing window instead of resizing content.
