QML Listview drag/scroll delay on Android

I tried qml listview on my Android phone(Huawei mate 9),and I found that when I drag the list up or down, there always was a delay between the finger movement and the listview scrolling.i tried that on my pc and MacBook the scroll was very smooth and there was no any delay between the mouse drag and the scrolling. so I want to known is there a way to eliminate the drag delay on Android? Thanks !
