QtCreator 4.9.2 Qt 5.12.4 - Plugin for QtCreator don't appear in PluginList

Hello,
see Topic, I can't develop Plugins.
I tried the Example/designer/customwidget (AnalogClock) - compile is fine, but it was not loaded. I get the unmodified original source code, then I was thinking, to restart the QtCreator, and look over the menu Help->Plugins ... nothing listed,
no error or informations Message comes.
Nor, into the plugin list, nor in the FormDesigner appears the AnalogClock Plugin.
What can I do?
I am under Linux Mint 19 64-Bit x86 arch,Thanks for helping
